Payment Terms – VIP Luxury Tours

By making a payment to VIP Luxury Tours, operated by T&A Group, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Final and Binding Payment

   • Once payment has been processed through our secure payment link, the transaction is considered final, binding, and non-disputable.

   • Payments cannot be challenged unless in proven cases of fraud or unauthorized use.

2. Payment Methods

   • Payments are accepted via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, or bank transfer through authorized providers.

   • VIP Luxury Tours does not store payment details. All transactions comply with PCI-DSS standards.

3. Fraud & Compliance

   • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any payment suspected of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity, in compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.

4. Customer Responsibility

   • Clients are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are correct and valid.

   • Any failure due to incorrect details or insufficient funds will not be the responsibility of VIP Luxury Tours.

5. Payment Confirmation

   • A booking is only considered confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

6. Currency & Charges

   • All payments are processed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

   • Bank or conversion fees are borne by the client.
